On Russian military equipment in occupied Mariupol, new markings have been recorded

New tactical markings have been noticed on Russian transport and equipment moving through Mariupol.

This information was reported by the head of the Center for Occupation Studies, Petro Andryushchenko, on his Telegram channel.

«We are observing markings ’ш 11 (or two vertical stripes)’ on transport moving from the Zaporizhzhya direction towards Novoazovsk and the north of the Donetsk region to Volnovakha,» Andryushchenko wrote.

He emphasized that the composition of the transport is more reminiscent of mobile air defence groups than assault units. So far, it has not been possible to capture insignias.

Such markings have not previously been seen in either Donetsk or Zaporizhzhya regions (occupied territories).
