In Pryluky, as a result of an enemy attack, the family of the local fire department chief was killed

In Pryluky, Chernihiv region, on the night of June 5, a Russian attack drone hit the house of the local fire department chief. As a result, all members of his family were killed: his wife, daughter, and young grandson.

At that time, the firefighter, along with his subordinates, was dealing with the aftermath of the enemy attack. This was reported by the Minister of Internal Affairs, Ihor Klymenko.

"His family perished. His wife. His daughter—a patrol officer. And her one-year-old son. That terrible night, the firefighter was with the fire-rescue team at the sites of eliminating the aftermath of the enemy strikes. My condolences on this irreparable loss. The killing and suffering of civilians are the style of brutal Russia, for whom human lives have no value," wrote the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

He added that in total, five people were killed in Pryluky due to Russian strikes, and six others were injured. The city experienced large-scale fires in the residential sector, and several houses, garages, and cars were destroyed.
