Shelling of Kharkiv region: three people injured, houses damaged

This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office on Telegram.

«According to the investigation, on June 8, at approximately 3:00 PM, the Russian army, likely using the Grad MLRS, shelled the city of Kupyansk. A 75-year-old woman was injured. Houses were damaged», the report stated.

Around 4:00 PM, the Russian armed forces carried out airstrikes on the village of Zolochiv in the Bohodukhiv district. Administrative buildings, residential structures, and kiosks were damaged. There are no casualties.

Additionally, around 4:50 PM as a result of a Russian attack on the village of Staryi Saltiv in the Chuhuiv district, a 19-year-old boy was injured.

At 5:30 PM, the enemy struck the village of Podoly in the Kupyansk district. A 66-year-old man was injured and hospitalized.

Under the leadership of the Kupyansk, Bohodukhiv, and Chuhuiv District Prosecutor’s Offices of the Kharkiv region, pre-trial investigations have begun for acts of war crimes (Part 1, Article 438 of the Criminal Code).

«Prosecutors and police investigators are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document the war crimes committed by Russian military forces», added the prosecution.
