Ukraine allowed Poland to exhume the soldiers in Lviv: a response to Warsaw’s gesture

According to the Ministry of Culture, Ukraine has granted permission to Poland to conduct the exhumation of Polish servicemen who died in 1939 and were buried in the former village of Zboisca, which is now a district of Lviv.

Prior to this, Warsaw granted Kyiv permission to conduct exhumation in the Polish village of Yurechkova.

Exhumation was also carried out in the former village of Puzhnyky, located in the Ternopil region.
