Judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court Oleh Fedorov officially informed the High Council of Justice about interference in his activities.

The statement dated May 25 was published on the HCJ website only on June 16.

Earlier, it was noted on the court’s website that equipment for covert audio and video surveillance was discovered in the residence of HACC staff members.

«On May 16, 2025… I was informed that unknown individuals had broken into the residence they share and installed unidentified technical devices intended for surveillance… On May 15, upon returning home, they discovered that during their absence, unknown individuals might have entered the apartment… No valuable items were found missing, however, it was discovered that technical devices, likely intended for surveillance and information recording in operation, were installed in two rooms. The fact that these devices were placed in locations not accessible for external detection suggests an intention to avoid quick discovery and to conduct prolonged covert surveillance… The respective devices were removed and disconnected from power sources», the statement from Fedorov reads.

The judge associates these incidents with his judicial activities. The National Anti-Corruption Bureau registered a criminal case based on the crime report.
