In Chernihiv, a TRC officer struck a man during forced mobilization: an investigation is underway

In Chernihiv, a recruitment office employee struck a man on the head during a forced conscription, as reported by local social media groups.

The regional recruitment office reported that the man was wanted as a draft evader, and when he was asked to go to the recruitment office, he "began to display aggressive behavior and kicked one of the military personnel in the leg while trying to escape."

Nonetheless, an internal investigation has been launched, as the video "captures a possible abuse of power involving the use of physical force by the military personnel."
