Syrskyi announced new methods of the TRC: "Mobilization should not be a shock"

The Commander-in-Chief Syrskyi noted the necessity of changes in the work of the Territorial Recruitment Centers (TRC) so that mobilization "would not be a shock for people."

According to him, inspections and commissions are already actively working in military commissariats with the aim of sending some TRC staff to the front.

"All our territorial recruitment centers must undergo changes. This is a task set by the president. Inspections are being conducted in TRCs and the work of the commissions continues. It is necessary to send those who have not yet fought to the front, and they should be replaced by servicemen who have been wounded," Syrskyi stated during a meeting with journalists.

He also noted that TRCs are obliged to duly perform their functions and avoid "shameful incidents" that sometimes occur. According to him, all corrupt individuals and violators in the mobilization process should be identified.

"Undoubtedly, the primary source of replenishing our army remains the continuation of mobilization. Although it is an unpopular measure, no country has been able to avoid it during wartime. At the same time, I insist that mobilization occur with the mandatory adherence to legality and transparency in the work of TRCs. Mobilization should not become a shock for people," he said.
