The Ministry of Health has canceled almost 500 MSEC decisions regarding the establishment of disability for officials

The medical department has revoked the disability status of 445 managerial staff, reports Radio Liberty.

According to the publication, a total of 2,630 cases of employees from over 70 state structures, who were granted disability status by the Medical Social Expert Commission (MSEC), were reviewed.

The largest number of checks was conducted in:

– the customs service – 810 cases, of which 369 have been examined, 129 decisions were revoked, and in 78 cases, the decisions were revised;

– the tax service – 518 cases, of which 291 have been reviewed, 90 decisions were canceled, 64 were changed;

– the prosecutor’s office – 448 cases, of which 203 have been reviewed, 80 decisions were revoked, 45 decisions were revised, and 121 individuals were sent for additional examination.
