TRC can fine only once, even for multiple violations - lawyer

A conscript can receive only one fine from the Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC), even if they commit several violations at once.

This was reported by the head of the legal service of the Kherson TRC, Serhiy Myakenkyi.

According to him, in accordance with Article 36 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, if a person, for example, does not update registration data on time, ignores a draft notice, and fails to undergo a repeat Medical Commission, each violation is recorded separately. However, in such a case, only one fine is imposed — the largest of those provided for.

Myakenkyi reminded that the amount of administrative fines that can be issued by the TRC ranges from 17,000 to 25,000 hryvnias.
