The Ministry of Culture allowed 3,000 men to travel abroad, who did not return, — Zheleznyak

During the full-scale war against Russia, the Ministry of Culture allowed around 3,000 men to travel abroad, who did not return.

This was reported by Member of Parliament Yaroslav Zheleznyak.

According to him, in July 2022, a deputy from Zhmerinka from the OPFL party, Viktor Zherebnyuk, traveled abroad. The deputy crossed the border with the permission of the Ministry of Culture as part of a film crew of "1+1," and in the documents, he was listed as a "stage manager." After leaving, the deputy spent about a million euros on purchasing real estate in Spain and Poland.

The MP also stated that the Ministry of Culture often allows people to travel abroad under the pretext of fictitious events. Thus, a long-time partner of the head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak, the director of the TV series “Servant of the People,” Oleksiy Kyryushchenko, regularly travels abroad. The reason for his travel abroad in the documents is stated as “searching for plots for state TV channels.”

In addition, 78 men left Ukraine by taking up jobs in the circus. Immediately after being hired, they were sent on foreign tours, from which they did not return.

Zheleznyak also showed a ranking of ministries by the number of travel permits issued.
