Drones of the DIU attacked an oil refinery in Krasnodar Krai

On Monday, July 7, Ukrainian long-range drones struck the Ilsky Oil Refinery named after A. Shamara in the Krasnodar region (RF).

This was reported by "Suspilne" citing sources.

According to sources, the attack hit one of the plant’s technological workshops.

The strike caused a fire and halted part of the production processes.

Local Russian media also confirm the attack and recorded explosions on the plant’s territory.

The Ilsky Oil Refinery named after A. Shamara is an oil processing enterprise located in the Krasnodar region, ranking among the leading oil refining companies of the Southern Federal District.

KNGK-INPZ is engaged in the reception, storage, and processing of hydrocarbon raw materials, as well as the shipment of finished products by road and rail transport.

 "This refinery is part of the military-industrial complex of the aggressor state and is involved in conducting the war against Ukraine," a source noted.
