In Bila Tserkva, a man kicked his wife to death

In the Bila Tserkva district of the Kyiv region, law enforcement officers arrested a man who, according to the investigation, is involved in a murder. During an argument, the suspect kicked his wife to death.

This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv Police. The suspect faces up to 10 years in prison.

"Law enforcement officers established that a conflict occurred between the spouses at home. In the heat of the argument, the man struck his wife in the face, causing her to fall to the floor. After this, the suspect continued to kick her in the abdominal area. Unfortunately, the 35-year-old victim died at the scene from the injuries sustained," the press service reported.

The perpetrator was arrested — according to the results of a medical examination, the 32-year-old resident of the Bila Tserkva district was drunk at the time of the crime — 0.9‰ of alcohol was found in his blood.

A criminal case was opened for intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm that led to the death of the victim, and the detainee was informed of the suspicion of committing a crime.
