Zelenskyy announced a unique Ukrainian development for Ukraine’s air defence system

According to available information, the aggressor country Russia plans to launch between 700 and 1000 drones daily against Ukraine. However, Ukraine has found a solution to shoot them down and thus reduce their harm. In particular, our defenders can use interceptor drones to destroy these targets.

This was reported by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on July 10 at a briefing in Rome. He emphasized that Ukraine’s partners’ support is needed in this matter.

"Now, if our partners fully accept everything I discussed with them, we will be able to shoot down everything. We have a solution. These are interceptor drones capable of destroying nearly all targets. We will be able to produce them on a mass scale," said the Ukrainian leader.

According to Zelenskyy, the logic of the aggressors is obvious - dictator Putin, through such massive drone attacks, is trying to destabilize Ukrainian society. Ukraine will respond to such challenges, but rapid funding is needed for this.

"We have found a solution as a country. Our scientists and engineers have developed respective methods. This is extremely important. We need finances, and we will shoot down everything. When we resolve the issue with Patriot, the threats from ballistic missiles will disappear," added the president.
