In Rivne, four employees of the territorial recruitment center attempted to forcibly place an elderly man into a service minivan.

A video of the incident surfaced online and caused a wide resonance.

The Rivne regional TRC confirmed the authenticity of the recording and stated that the incident occurred after the man, who violated military registration rules, allegedly changed his mind about getting into the vehicle and began using obscene language, insulting the military and police officers.

Despite this, the command appointed an official investigation into the incident.
