The judge remained: the recusal in the Shabunin case was not satisfied

Judge Yevhen Khaynatskyi denied the motion to recuse Judge Svitlana Hrechana in the case regarding the selection of a preventive measure for the head of the Anti-Corruption Action Center, Vitaliy Shabunin.

The defence requested to remove Hrechana, arguing that the Anti-Corruption Action Center, led by Shabunin, repeatedly published critical materials regarding her work. However, Khaynatskyi did not see this as a basis for recusal.

Thus, it is Judge Hrechana who will continue to consider the issue of a preventive measure for Vitaliy Shabunin.
