Skibitskyi: It will be challenging for Ukraine to use "Tomahawks," even if the USA provides them

Skibitskyi, Deputy Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, noted that it would be difficult for Ukraine to use "Tomahawks," even if they are transferred by the United States.

«These missiles are not easy to deploy. The main platforms for their launch are military ships or strategic bombers, which we do not have,» Skibitskyi explained (let’s note that ships are the main platform for launching these missiles in the USA).

Skibitskyi also added that negotiations are underway with Washington to lift the restrictions on the use of ATACMS missiles.

Previously, the Washington Post reported that Trump had already given the corresponding approval. However, Trump has not yet confirmed this.

«It is extremely important for us to get US permission to use long-range missiles. We strive to destroy and disorganize in accordance with NATO procedures,» Skibitskyi stated.
