TRC tried to forcibly detain a guy at a children’s playground — locals stood up for him

One of the military personnel used a forceful technique on him — grabbing his neck and starting to choke him.

Local residents reacted to the scene: they stood up for the young man and intervened in the situation. Later, the mother of the detainee arrived at the playground — together with concerned individuals, she was able to rescue him from the TRC representatives.

In the video circulating on social media, one of the military personnel is seen behaving aggressively during the incident, and the actions of the TRC provoke resistance from the locals. The circumstances and legality of the officials’ actions are currently being investigated.
