In Kyiv, a man is being rescued from under the rubble: 10 people are reported missing

This became known from the statement of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Ihor Klymenko.

As Klymenko explained, a man is trapped under the rubble on the first floor of a destroyed building in Kyiv. Currently, a complex rescue operation is underway to free him.

"Our rescuers are currently performing a very delicate operation... His head has already been freed, they are communicating with the victim and can pass him water. As for the time - we’ll see: maybe half an hour, maybe an hour and a half," the minister added.
