The Commander-in-Chief reported this to Zelenskyy.

"It is important that our warriors are destroying Russian sabotage and reconnaissance groups (SRGs), small groups trying to constantly break into the city and consistently wanting to establish themselves there. This is Russian tactics, and our response to it is the destruction of the occupier," the president emphasized in his address and added that in the Donetsk, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are repelling Russian attempts to advance.
