Hetmantsev: All non-military expenditures of Ukraine are financed through Western loans

All of Ukraine’s expenses not related to the war are covered by the West.

This was reported by Danylo Hetmantsev, head of the financial committee of the Rada.

According to him, Ukraine directs all tax revenues exclusively towards defence and does not use its own budget revenues for non-military needs.

Everything spent on the civilian sector is «received on favorable loan terms».

«And thanks to these funds, we finance all non-military expenses — this includes the social sphere, business support, maintenance of the state administration, and salaries», he noted.
