Conflict in Volyn: TRC confirms shooting but does not report injuries to the pensioner

The Volyn Territorial Recruitment Center confirms that its employees fired at people in the village of Novi Chervyshcha.

When the military commissioners were checking the documents of a disabled person, «local residents began to show aggression towards the servicemen of the Center, starting to throw stones at the service vehicle while the mentioned citizen was still inside the car».

«We would like to note that the fact of the use of firearms during this incident is currently being investigated by the relevant law enforcement agencies in accordance with the law», the statement says.

The TRC does not mention the injury of one of the elderly women, which was spoken about by the participants of the conflict.
