The Kremlin launches propaganda in Europe "Russia is not my enemy," - CCD

This was reported in Telegram by the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine.

«Russia launched a propaganda campaign in Europe titled «Russia – Not My Enemy», which has reached Romania. Stickers with this message are appearing in cities, as part of the Kremlin’s hybrid campaign to create the illusion of a «peaceful partnership». Through these influence tools, Russia seeks to depict itself as a peacemaker, to undermine its own crimes, and to sow discord in European societies», the report states.

It was noted that similar actions have already been observed in France and Italy, particularly through pro-Russian organizations.

The Center for Countering Disinformation pointed out that the goal of the campaign is to undermine citizens’ faith in the rule of law and the democratic institutions of their countries, to sow doubts about the correctness of the Euro-Atlantic choice, and to discredit support for Ukraine.
