Enemy losses per day: Armed Forces of Ukraine neutralized 910 occupiers and 40 artillery systems

Ukrainian Defence Forces fighters neutralized 910 Russian occupation army personnel on the front line on August 23. They also deprived the enemy of an additional 246 units of various equipment and weaponry.

As of August 24, 2025, since the beginning of the Russian Federation’s invasion over three and a half years ago, Ukraine’s defenders have neutralized approximately 1,076,070 soldiers, officers, and generals of Putin’s forces. Updated data was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

On the eve, defenders shot down 121 Russian operational-tactical level drones (a total of 53,056).

During the repulsion of attacks and beyond, the fighters destroyed 40 artillery systems (totaling 31,898), three armored combat vehicles (23,167), and one air defence system (1,211) of the Russian army.

In addition, the warriors burned 81 units of enemy automotive equipment and fuel tankers (totaling 59,593).

During the full-scale war, the Defence Forces have also seized 11,129 tanks, 3,944 units of special equipment, 3,598 cruise missiles, 1,472 MLRS, 422 aircraft, 340 helicopters, 28 ships/boats, and a submarine of the Russian Armed Forces.
