The wife of the deputy head of the Odesa State Fiscal Service, Khandusenko, is selling a Ukrainian brand to Russians through Europe

The wife of the deputy head of the Odesa State Fiscal Service, Dmytro Khandusenko, continues to manage a business in Russia and sells goods to Russians through Lior Boutique stores in the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, and Kazakhstan.

Darya Kochurina (Tryhuba), who owns the Lior Boutique brand, has been conducting business in Russia since at least 2020. The official LLC "Lior Boutique" in Kyiv was established by Darya Tryhuba (Kochurina) together with Serhiy Zubenko (on whom dozens of companies are registered) only in March 2020, meaning after the opening of the Russian branch.

After the start of the full-scale invasion, Khandusenko’s wife announced that they had opened a branch, Lior Almaty, in Kazakhstan (@ta_samaya_tani).

This information is incorrect. Even in messages from 2021 on the official Lior Boutique account on Facebook, representatives and stores of the brand abroad were listed.

The list included brand representatives in Kazakhstan – Atyrau city (@lior_boutique_in_atyrau). Additionally, there are official brand stores in Moscow (@lior_moscow_boutique23, "Nikolskiy Passage" Shopping Center), as well as in Krasnodar (@by.borsch).

The brand also had its representatives with showrooms in Moscow, Vladivostok, Novosibirsk, St. Petersburg, Sochi, and Barnaul (@lior_boutique_moscow, @lior_msk, @lior_vdk, @lior_novosibirsk, @lior_spb, @lior_sochi, @lior__barnaul_). Some of these channels have changed their names, but the clothes sold there are very similar to the products of the Ukrainian brand.

Meanwhile, Lior Boutique in Moscow continued to operate after the start of the full-scale invasion, as indicated by photos from the official account in August 2023.

The Telegram channel lior_spb was generally created on the third day of the full-scale invasion of Russian troops in Ukraine.

The same situation occurred with the brand’s showroom in Vladivostok. The Telegram channel was created on March 12, 2022, but it did not gain popularity.

Lior Boutique also has stores in Bulgaria, Moldova, and the Czech Republic (@LIOR_EXCLUSIVE_BULGARIA, @lior_boutique_cz, @lior_md) – countries where a large number of Russian Federation citizens traditionally reside. The brand is also represented in the USA (founder @alina_rozumovych).

On the website lior-boutique.com, it is indicated that the seller is not LLC "Lior Boutique" but a private enterprise, Anastasiya Nizameyeva, from Kamyanske in the Dnipropetrovsk region (a single tax payer - Group 2). This indicates tax evasion. The private enterprise was created only in September 2024.
