The state AI assistant for providing services to citizens has been integrated into "Diya"

Ukraine has introduced a state AI assistant.

A chatbot has been integrated into "Diya," which, according to Fedorov, is capable of:

- Providing services. For now, it can issue an income certificate, but soon they promise to add 5 more services;

- Explaining available services in «Diya»;

- Selecting a suitable service based on your situation. For example, if your home has been damaged, it will inform you about the eVidnovlennya program and provide instructions on how to receive compensation from the state.

To use this AI assistant, you need to log into your profile in «Diya».
