In the Odesa region, a man stole a TRC’s car and took a bag with documents

In the Odesa region, a man hijacked a vehicle of the territorial recruitment center.

This was reported by the police.

The incident occurred in August and has already been forwarded to court.

"The 43-year-old citizen got into the service vehicle and, despite the presence of the driver who was supposed to take a passenger for an examination to the military medical commission, unexpectedly moved to the front seat and drove off. The offender left the car on the outskirts of the settlement and went home, taking the driver’s bag with important personal documents from the cabin," the police report.

The man stated that he acted "spontaneously." He faces up to 5 years in prison.
