Since the beginning of the year, Russian occupiers have exported over 36,000 tons of stolen Ukrainian grain through the Mariupol sea port.
This was reported by the city council of Ukrainian Mariupol on Telegram .
“From the beginning of the year to August 31, 6 vessels loaded with wheat grain were dispatched from the Mariupol sea port, which is about 36,600 tons of grain. This is reported by the so-called ’Rosselkhoznadzor Administration of the DPR’,” the statement says.
The city council also stated that the looting of the destroyed metallurgical plants in Mariupol by Russian troops continues. In particular, "Kadyrovtsy" have prepared scrap metal from the Ilyich plant for shipment by rail, with a corresponding photo available.
“The Mariupol sea port and railway have become elements of military logistics and tools for looting the occupied territories. The occupiers are exporting grain, metal, and other goods,” the city council concluded.
