Former operative officer of the State Fiscal Service Bilan is applying for a managerial position in the Rivne State Tax Service

The position of the head of the department for control over the production and circulation of alcohol, alcohol-containing products, alcoholic beverages, and tobacco products in the Rivne Regional State Tax Service is being sought by Andriy Bilan, a former senior operative of the Donetsk State Fiscal Service.

Andriy Bilan — was born in Melitopol (Zaporizhzhya region), but at the time of filing the declaration, he actually resides in Cherkasy. The declaration mentions two children — daughter Darya (registered in Donetsk) and son Dmytro (registered in Cherkasy).

Bilan declares only an apartment in Cherkasy (46.6 m², acquired in 2016). Its value is 372 thousand UAH.

He also owns a KIA Sportage (2011 model), which he purchased in 2018 for 100 thousand UAH.

He has 350 thousand UAH in cash.
