The State Border Guard Service hands over individuals detained for attempting to illegally cross the border to the TRC, - Demchenko

The State Border Guard Service confirmed that it transfers individuals detained for attempting to illegally cross the border to the TRC.

The agency’s spokesperson Demchenko stated that they «inform» military enlistment offices about all such men.

It should be noted that the Cabinet of Ministers proposed introducing imprisonment for attempting to flee across the border, but the draft law has not yet been considered in the Verkhovna Rada.
