Russians attacked the AFU training unit with "Iskanders": there are casualties among the personnel

During the day on September 24, Russian occupiers launched a combined strike on the territory of one of the training units of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The enemy used two Iskander ballistic missiles for the attack.

There are casualties among the personnel of the Ukrainian forces. This was reported by the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As a result of a direct hit on the shelter, despite the safety measures taken, unfortunately, it was not possible to completely avoid losses among the personnel. Emergency services are working on-site, and all necessary medical assistance is being promptly provided to the injured.

The Ground Forces also noted that in order to preserve the life and health of people, continuous work is being carried out to equip training centers, ranges, and other military facilities with reliable shelters. In addition, additional safety measures are being taken to protect military personnel during missile and air attacks by the enemy.
