Russians captured "Verkhniy Siversk" near the river: the AFU warn about the threat to Dronivka

The Russian army has entrenched on the northern outskirts of Siversk in the Donetsk region, reports a Ukrainian soldier with the call sign "Muchnyi."

According to him, the Russians hold positions "in the part that the locals call Siversk Malyi/Verkhniy Siversk, near the Siversky Donets River."

"Based on visual data, they already have a bridgehead and are likely preparing to advance to the next phase – towards Dronivka," Muchnyi noted.

The Russian Ministry of Defence also announced control over Siversk Maly today.
