KIIS: Most Ukrainians consider the activities of "Servant of the People" harmful to the country’s development
52% of Ukrainians believe that the activities of the "Servant of the People" faction in the Verkhovna Rada hinder Ukraine’s development.
This is evidenced by the results of a survey conducted by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS), published on Wednesday, October 8.
According to the survey data, only 25% of citizens consider the activities of "Servant of the People" to be beneficial. At the same time, compared to February 2025, the assessment of the president’s faction’s performance has improved.
Additionally, 38% of surveyed Ukrainians believe that the activities of the "European Solidarity" party are beneficial for Ukraine. Meanwhile, 36% of citizens think that its work rather hinders development.
33% of Ukrainians positively evaluate the activities of the parliamentary faction "Holos," while 27% consider it harmful to the country. Another 40% of respondents were unable to decide.
25% of respondents consider the "Batkivshchyna" faction beneficial for the state, while nearly half (48%) are convinced that its activities rather impede Ukraine’s development.
The lowest level of support among the mentioned political forces is held by the "Platform for Life and Peace" group — only 15% of respondents assessed its work as beneficial to the state, while 43% stated that it harms Ukraine.

The KIIS study was conducted from September 19 to 28, 2025, using telephone interviews. A total of 1,029 respondents from all regions participated, excluding territories temporarily occupied by Russia. The sample also included internally displaced persons but did not include Ukrainians who left the country after February 24, 2022.
