Ukraine and the Netherlands signed a memorandum on joint drone production

Ukraine and the Netherlands signed a memorandum on joint drone production on Friday, October 10.

This was reported by the Telegram of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

"A new important step in our defence cooperation with the Netherlands - today our countries signed a memorandum on joint drone production. This is one of the promising areas of bilateral cooperation," Zelenskyy reported.

He thanked the government and the people of the Netherlands for their support of Ukraine. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, it has already reached $9 billion. The Netherlands also contributed about $600 million to the PURL initiative.

"During today’s meeting with the Minister of Defence of the Netherlands, Ruben Brekelmans, we discussed the development of joint drone production and the implementation of the initiative, as well as cooperation on this issue with the Netherlands. Grateful for the meeting and for all efforts in supporting our people," Zelenskyy said.
