Hetmantsev: Ukrainians who transfer cards to others will be added to the register of droppers

The head of the financial committee of the Verkhovna Rada, Danylo Hetmantsev, stated that Ukrainians who provide their bank cards for use by other individuals will be added to the register of droppers.

In this way, if, for example, a pensioner ends up in this register, they will no longer be able to receive their pension.

"Such individuals will be added to a special register of droppers, after which restrictions on their financial transactions and even blocking of pension payments may be imposed," Hetmantsev noted, adding that the NBU has already approached the Rada with a proposal to introduce relevant amendments to the legislation.
