Scammers stole 6 million hryvnias from blogger Ksyusha Maneken through a fake Monobank chatbot

The well-known blogger Ksyusha Maneken, who was awarded an order, reported a theft of 6 million UAH by scammers.

She attempted to withdraw funds from her business account at Monobank, independently searching for the bank’s chatbot on Telegram, but stumbled upon a fake account. She was informed about a glitch in the app, advised to reinstall it, and sent a request, which she confirmed.

After that, the money was withdrawn through several transactions to various sole proprietors (FOPs).
