Russia struck gas production facilities in Poltava region

On the night of October 16, Russian forces launched a combined missile and drone strike on gas production infrastructure facilities in the Poltava region.

DTEK confirmed the attack on its production facilities.

As a result of the shelling, operations at several gas production facilities in the Poltava region were completely suspended.

The attack was carried out using unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) and missiles.

The strikes on gas production infrastructure are part of a massive attack that also affected the Kharkiv region (where a severe fire was reported) and the Kirovohrad region this morning.
