After the Russian strike in Dnipropetrovsk region, officials of the military unit were suspended
After a Russian strike on one of the settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk region, where Ukrainian military personnel were based, some officials have been suspended.
This was reported by the 30th Marine Corps of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.
According to the military, on November 1, Russian occupiers struck the settlement in the Samarivka district of the Dnipropetrovsk region with missiles and drones. Military personnel from one of the separate marine brigades were stationed there.
"The strike was carried out on the center of the settlement, where no military training ground is located. Unfortunately, there are both civilian and military casualties among the dead and wounded from our brigade," emphasized the 30th Marine Corps.
They added that law enforcement officers are currently conducting investigative actions at the military unit to establish all the circumstances of the tragedy.
"Also, certain officials have been suspended from their positions," the military noted.
