OTG "Kharkiv" debunked Russian fakes about the daily advancement of occupiers in Vovchansk
Russian propagandists have fabricated claims that the occupiers are allegedly advancing daily in Vovchansk, Kharkiv region.
This was reported by the Operational-Tactical Group "Kharkiv" of the Defence Forces of Ukraine on Telegram.
One of the enemy’s propaganda Telegram channels wrote that on the left bank of Vovchansk, Russians are supposedly advancing by 150-300-400-700 meters daily.
"Taking a calculator in hand and carefully reviewing the summaries (of the propagandists - ed.), we ended up with staggering figures. If we believe Russian propagandists, then in September, on the left bank of Vovchansk, they advanced by 6,600 meters, and in October - by another 10,400 meters, totaling 17 km over two months," noted the OTG "Kharkiv".
At the same time, the total length of Vovchansk from north to south is 7.5 kilometers, and from west to east - about 3 kilometers.
"It seems that the Russian army has invented its own alternative meter to measure their advancement," the military remarked.
