"Overseer" Denys Komarnytskyi will steal another 24 million on the Podilskyi Bridge: Klychko agrees

On July 30, the Kyiv City State Administration, through the Municipal Enterprise "Directorate for Construction of Road and Transport Facilities," conducted a tender for scientific and technical support for the construction of the metro through the Podilskyi-Voskresenskyi Bridge.

The winner was Denys Komarnytskyi’s company LLC "Forma." According to the documents, it belongs to Oleh Sakhnik and Oleksandr Stepenko (who also owns the better-known company LLC "Skybud Group" of Komarnytskyi).

By the end of 2023, Komarnytskyi’s company is supposed to provide scientific and technical support for the construction of the metro line section from the Rusanivski Sady embankment to the future "Raiduzhna" metro station during the construction of the Podilskyi Bridge Crossing.

This involves research, analysis, and monitoring to ensure the reliability and durability of construction structures. Let me remind you that in just the first 10 days of June, Klychko transferred over 280 million to the scandalous «Eco Bud Trade» of swindler Komarnytskyi for the perpetual construction of the Podilsko-Voskresenskyi Bridge.

And this was after recent high-profile raids on this company regarding the laundering of budget funds.

Judging by their demonstrative behavior, Vitaliy Klychko and Denys Komarnytskyi do not fear the investigation and are absolutely confident in their impunity. After all, in a short period, another 543 million hryvnias were allocated for Komarnytskyi’s laying under the long-term construction of the Podilsko-Voskresenskyi Bridge.

And all this after Bihus’s investigation and the handover of evidence from Komarnytskyi’s computer to law enforcement.

After the very recent raids on "Eco Bud Trade." After all this, just in June, Klychko transferred 823 million to Komarnytskyi. For the construction of a bridge that doesn’t even lead to Troieschyna but to the Rusanivski Sady summer house district.

In the meantime, funds were taken from the construction of the Vinogradar metro. And it is already clear that no metro station will be opened this year, contrary to the statements of Vitaliy Volodymyrovych.

How much longer will Klychko and Komarnytskyi unpunishedly steal our money?! They are squandering the local budget without fear. I am sure that the 823 million is far from the final amount transferred to Komarnytskyi’s company for the construction of the Podilsko-Voskresenskyi Bridge. However, in the end, neither the bridge nor the money will be seen by us!
