Commander of UAVs on Pokrovsk: Enemy sabotage groups infiltrate, create chaos, and are difficult to neutralize in urban areas
Clearing enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups (SRGs) in the city is extremely difficult. Moreover, Russian military personnel do not always reveal themselves, following specific instructions: they disguise themselves, avoid firefights, and position and move chaotically.
This was stated on the air of "Espreso" by Vyacheslav "Lyutyi", the commander of the "Shershni Dovbusha" strike unmanned aerial systems battalion of the 68th Separate Jaeger Brigade.
"In my opinion, the situation in Pokrovsk is supercritical; I cannot say it is under control. Of course, our command intends to restore positions and a stable defense line, but, unfortunately, a large number of SRGs infiltrate and create chaos in our ranks and logistics. Many units are involved in the effort, and it is necessary to effectively eliminate them and respond promptly," noted the commander of the "Shershni Dovbusha" UAV battalion.
According to him, clearing SRGs in the city is very challenging, as it is practically impossible to check every nook and cranny to detect the enemy.
"Russian military personnel do not always give themselves away; they follow various instructions and disguise themselves. When they notice, for example, our group, they do not engage in firefights, and our troops pass by, hoping the enemy has not been detected. There have been more frequent cases where effective clearing operations are conducted, and the enemy is destroyed in areas where they previously revealed themselves. However, at the moment, the occupiers still move chaotically around the city, and there are a lot of them," commented "Lyutyi."
