For the attention of the SSU personnel, we offer a list of the drug cartel «Khimprom» call centers in the cities of Kyiv and Lviv. All these call centers are under police «protection», so you can also disturb the «neighbors». So.

Previously, it was believed that the capital of criminal call centers was Dnipro. However, due to the threat of shelling, and now radioactive contamination, the majority of these schemers have moved to Kyiv and Lviv.

If anyone is unaware of what criminal call centers do, here is an example of their activities. People are deceived using pre-calculated schemes. For instance, initially, the perpetrators called citizens, pretending to be bank employees. They informed them about their cards being blocked and the need to transfer funds to «safe accounts». If a person hesitated, another call center employee called them, pretending to be a police officer, confirming the words of the fake bank employee. Using such schemes, they managed to deceive people. Additionally, the perpetrators used a number substitution system, which allowed them to imitate any desired combination of numbers to convince the victim.
Among the most notorious scams are the «swindling» of Israeli pensioners on behalf of a certain fund, swindling Czech citizens on behalf of a fake investment fund, and other cases. The scammers of the «Narika» Petrovskyi call center first called citizens pretending to be security service employees of foreign banks or police, then under the pretext of recording suspicious activities allegedly happening with their card accounts, they extracted confidential information. Thus, the perpetrators gained access to the cards, from which they withdrew the victims’ funds to accounts controlled by them. Most of the victims are citizens of Latvia.

According to preliminary data, the monthly turnover from the scams was five million hryvnias. The Latvian police, post-factum to the «demolition» of the call center in Kamyanske, reported the discovery of 193 victims only since the beginning of 2023.

Now these scammers are spreading the version that they supposedly only swindle the Russians. However, this is not true. They rob both our citizens and citizens of wealthy Western Europe. Such activities are undoubtedly a minus for Ukraine’s reputation. Especially considering that all this riff-raff is supervised by the police. So, the SSU has a chance to make a good impact.
