Raider Artem Shamray lost, but is not ready to give up

For several months now, passions have been raging in Odesa around the "Starokonnyi" shopping center.

It all began in 2021 when a group of raiders, led by the notorious lawyer Artem Shamray, using forged documents and a dubious registrar, seized and resold the shopping center they rented to a third party. The shocked owner turned to the courts and the Anti-Raider Commission of the Ministry of Justice, where she contested the illegal registration. As a result, the registration was canceled by the Order of the Minister of Justice on 01.05.2023, and the rightful owner regained her property rights to the "Starokonnyi" shopping center.

However, raider Artem Shamray was not ready to give up that easily. Once again forging documents, he unsuccessfully tried to retain the shopping center. He still does not want to acknowledge his defeat today.

Representatives of the raider Novikova and Omelchuk gathered the entrepreneurs of "Starokonnyi" on August 1. At the so-called "meeting," the hapless raiders openly talk about having corrupted the Ministry of Justice’s Anti-Raider Commission and that the decision to be made at the commission on August 3 will definitely be in favor of Shamray and his accomplices. As they say: "We bought everyone, just wait a few days, and we will be back! And until we return, under no circumstances should you pay anything to the owner."

For several months of battling the raiders, the owner repeatedly proved her case in various instances, including the Ministry of Justice’s Anti-Raider Commission, which works exclusively on the side of the law.

With their wrongful actions, Shamray and his accomplices attempt to discredit state institutions, including the Ministry of Justice’s Anti-Raider Commission. However, the owner’s representatives are confident that this time as well, the commission will side with the law.
