President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy is submitting a draft law on the demobilisation of conscripts to the Verkhovna Rada. Members of Parliament may review the document as early as Friday, 23 February.

The text of the bill has not yet been published. People’s Deputy Oleksiy Honcharenko announced this.

“We are waiting for the text, but finally! Conscripts and members of their families - it’s not in vain that we fought so hard for this! The bill can be considered tomorrow!” – he noted.
