National Guardsmen stopped two columns of Russian equipment in the south

Soldiers of the National Guard of Ukraine stopped the advance of Russian troops, who tried to break through the defenses of our positions in the south with “frontal” attacks. During the battle, the defenders destroyed part of the armored vehicles from two columns of enemy equipment.

Their personnel burned along with them, and the rest of the Russian forces retreated. The video of the “bavovna” was published by NSU Commander Oleksandr Pivnenko on his Telegram channel .

He emphasized that aerial reconnaissance aircraft were the first to notice two columns of enemy equipment moving towards the positions of Ukrainian troops.

They transmitted the coordinates to their brothers-in-arms, so the invaders were quickly met with well-aimed artillery shots, forcing them to almost completely reduce the pace of the attack. At this time, the operators raised FPV drones into the air and also dropped a bomb on the enemy.

The successful interaction of the units, in particular the 3rd operational brigade "Spartan", gave complete control over the situation. As a result, the attack drone pilots hit two units of Russian military equipment, and two more were destroyed with the help of artillery - all along with their personnel.

The Special Operations Center of the NSU "Omega" published another video, noting that the invaders attempted to carry out "frontal" attacks involving a large number of armored vehicles in the Zaporizhzhya direction. They tried to maneuver to find weak spots in our defensive line, but the defenders did their job brilliantly.

Aerial reconnaissance officers of the 3rd assault detachment discovered the target and transmitted the coordinates to the artillery of the adjacent unit of the Defence Forces. At the same time, FPV drones took to the air and effectively worked against armored vehicles and infantry. The next attempt to carry out assault operations failed and the enemy, having suffered heavy losses, retreated.

“Revenge for every dead brother, for the disfigured childhood of our children, for destroyed housing, for all the grief inflicted on our country, will certainly catch up with every invader who sets foot on our land!” – stated at NGU.
