Situation at the front: The Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled 115 attacks by Russian troops

At the front, over the past 24 hours, the Defence Forces repelled 115 attacks by Russian troops.

This is stated in the morning report of the General Staff.

Over the past 24 hours, 115 military clashes took place.

In total, the enemy carried out 15 missile and 63 air strikes, and carried out 109 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas.

Over the last day, localities in Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk and Kherson regions were subjected to air strikes.

More than 120 localities in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya, Dnipro, Kherson and Mykolaiv regions came under artillery fire.

In the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions, the enemy continues to maintain a military presence in the border areas, conducts subversive activities to prevent the deployment of Ukrainian troops to threatened areas, and increases the density of minefields along the state border.

In the Kupyansk sector, the enemy, with the support of aviation, attacked Ukrainian positions twice near Stelmakhivka, Luhansk region.

In the Lyman sector, the enemy attacked the positions of the Defence Forces 10 times near Terny, Donetsk region.

In the Bakhmut sector, Ukrainian troops repelled 28 attacks in the areas of Bilohorivka, Luhansk region; Verkhnekamianske, Spirne, Klishchiyivka, Ivanivske and Novyi, Donetsk region.

In the Avdiivka sector, the defenders repelled 32 attacks in the areas of Semenivka, Novokalynove, Ocheretyne, Berdychi, Umanske, Yasnobrodivka, Nevelske and Oleksandropil in Donetsk region.

In the Novopavlivka sector, the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to hold back the enemy in the areas of Heorhiivka, Novomykhailivka, Vodiane and Urozhayne in Donetsk region, where the occupiers, with the support of the air force, tried to break through the defences 25 times.

In the Orikhivsk sector, the enemy, also with the support of aviation, attacked Ukrainian positions 4 times near Staromayorske in Donetsk region and Robotyne in Zaporizhzhya region.

In the Kherson sector, the occupants made 3 unsuccessful attacks on Ukrainian troops’ positions over the past day.

At the same time, the Defense Forces’ aviation carried out strikes on 8 areas where enemy personnel were concentrated.

The missile force units defeated 1 control point, 2 areas where personnel were concentrated, 1 ammunition depot, 1 air defense facility, and 1 area where enemy weapons and military equipment were concentrated.
