The Russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine continues and the invaders are strengthening their troops in the Kharkiv direction. The head of the Severodonetsk regional military administration, Roman Vlasenko, spoke about this on the Espresso TV channel.

According to him, we can now talk about significant enemy losses in the Kharkiv region, because the occupiers are forced to pull back their reserves from the north of the Luhansk region.

“The equipment is going back to the Russian Federation, the personnel are being taken out. And this is due to the strengthening of the direction in the Kharkiv region. This confirms that the Russians are suffering significant losses there,” the official said. In addition, as a result of the Russian offensive in the Kharkiv region, the intensity of hostilities in the Luhansk region decreased.

As you know, recently the Russian occupation army began to actively attack the Kharkiv region, as a result of which a number of settlements were captured. However, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are adequately repelling the enemy. In particular, we already know about Russia’s colossal losses at the front. As of May 16, 2024, total enemy casualties amount to approximately 488,460 occupiers.
