A large-scale fire broke out in Kyiv Podil

The estimated area of the fire is 500 square meters, firefighters are working on the spot.

Warehouses are burning in Podil. This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service in Kyiv.

“At 15.43, a message was received that a fire had occurred in a two-story warehouse building and spread to neighboring warehouses. The fire area is 500 sq. m. Rescuers are working at an increased call level,” said a representative of the rescue department.

He noted that the cause of the fire will be determined by law enforcement officers.

Videos appear on networks showing a column of black smoke visible from different parts of the capital.
