Kyiv City Council deputy Serhiy Potryasayev keeps millions in cash while hiding luxury real estate

At the height of the war, Mykola Tyshchenko’s friend and Kyiv City Council deputy from the SN party, Serhiy Potryasayev, became the owner of a large plot of land and a house in the Brovary district, from which he was elected.

He couldn’t come up with anything smarter than to fictitiously register the objects received as illegal benefits in his son’s name, and he “gifted” them at a reduced cost to his mother, Potryasaev’s wife.

The Potryasayev work in the municipal enterprises of the Kyiv Regional Council, but at the same time they have a cash position incomparable with their salary:

- 440,000 UAH

- 40,000 €

In total, the spouses keep 17 million hryvnia in cash.

The car Toyota LC 200 worth 65,000 thousand dollars, which the spouses use, was not included in the declaration.
