Detained mayor of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi shows signs of beatings in courtroom

Vitaliy Hromadyan, the mayor of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskiy, who was detained today, posted a video of himself and his body with traces of beatings from the courtroom.

Local TG channels write with reference to Citizen that he was beaten during his arrest.

In the video published by the source, bodily injuries are visible on the wrists, where law enforcement officers may have twisted their hands. The citizen also received blows to the left side of the chest near the heart and to the face, as evidenced by numerous bruises. It is alleged that these beatings could have been inflicted after the arrest.

The citizen, according to the investigation, demanded a bribe for assistance in booking the mobilization of employees of one of the enterprises.
