Corrupt manipulations with places in the electronic queue were exposed in the Odesa Administrative Service Center
Police have reported suspicions to a group of Odesa City Council officials who made more than 36,000 unauthorized changes to the local Administrative Service Center system between 2021 and 2023.
The National Police reported this.
According to the investigation, employees of the administrative services department artificially reduced the number of available places in the electronic queue of the Administrative Service Center by making unauthorized changes to the operation of the automated system. As a result, citizens could not receive services in a legal manner on the dates and times they needed.
Based on the evidence collected, the deputy director and three of her subordinates – the heads of two departments and the deputy head of the department – were notified of suspicion under Part 3 of Article 27, Part 3 of Article 362 and Part 3 of Article 362 (Unauthorized modification of information processed in automated systems, committed by a person with the right to access it, by prior conspiracy of a group of persons) of the Criminal Code.
